Pho

One of the most popular Vietnamese soups in the world is pho—and we know why! It is filled to the brim with flavors; spicy, salty and even sour. These flavors will dance around on your palette are create a mix that is delicious.

We use chili paste to pack the punch, garlic vinegar to add a sour taste and fish sauce for salt. The broth will sit for over twelve hours in order to fully develop the pho taste. Then we add a meat of your choice. Pho is always low in fat but high in flavor!
